A strength in the leadership domain is that the stakeholders recognize the institutional policies as clear and fair to help anyone to succeed.
Another strength is the recognition of an ethical way of approach toward the people and the situations, as well as defined roles with given responsibilities.
The different stakeholders considered themselves involved as a group of interests by the School Leadership to define and review the direction and purpose of the school.
Lastly, committee #1 highlighted the capacity of get data and analyze it from different and multiple evidencies to consider them in new decisions.

Communication remain as our bigger area of opportunity. Some areas described in the Leadership rubric were actually covered, but sadly some stakeholders didn't know them.
Our second area of opportunity is to give students more leadership experiences to cultivate more of this capability in them.
