An improvement element is the orderly and representative inclusion of students in a decision making status in the educational process. We also believe that we need to improve the way we communicate our successful practices so they can become recognized by the whole community. As a result of these SQF review, we know that we have to involve as much as we can, in an strategical way, more stakeholders representatives in our school decisition process. In order to let them know, and be aware of the Direction their school is heading. In the same way, our communication program, should be done consider the way every stakeholder understands the action we want to communicate. Mainlkybecasue we discover, that as School Leaders, we have a ver y clear direction, but not every one outside the leadesrhio team, knew it or can explain it.
