The governing authority establishes and ensures adherence to policies that are designed to support school effectiveness. The process for development, review and revision of policies is documented, data-driven, and regular. The governing authority hires the services of a central office with departments in all essential areas of a school. They conduct research and development of educational practices, and policies por operational effectiveness. The policies are reviewed by the governing authority and by the school staff, and they are adopted for implementation, evaluation and improvement. All policies are reviewed to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations. The policies adopted and updated by the governing authority always ensure integrity and effective operations. The governing authority holds itself and all stakeholders accountable to adopted policies.
