Leaders engage stakeholders to support the achievement of the institution’s purpose and direction.
Our school´s scores in this standard are:
Concept A: 4
Concept B: 4
The school has a stakeholder involvement program or process, that is documented, provides meaningful roles for participants, includes roles for parents, students, staff and community members. Parents are involved in the evaluation of the fulfillment of our mission (see Encuesta de Satisfacción de Padres de Familia), there is a group of mothers (mamás vocales) that support the school in the effective two-way communication between the school and all families. They also support in the organization of events. Students have representatives that propose initiatives and implement them in support of the mission of the school. Teachers have one-on-one biweekly meetings with their academic coordinators. And there are staff and directive teem meetings once a week, or every two weeks. There are deliberate, consistent and multiple channels for two-way communication with all stakeholders, not only through meetings, appointments, but also through surveys, and collaborative activities like evangelization missions, and other apostolates and formation courses. There is a close and collaborative relationship with community members that are visited by students and staff for social service and apostolate. The school website and the "Educamos"/"Colegium" platform are used to maintain all stakeholders informed. We also use other social media communication means like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
