The school supervision and evaluation process is written and has clear explanations of the process. Each position description includes specific criteria for effective performance. The process is sistematically implemented (teachers are formally evaluated twice a year, and the rest of the staff once a year). The process is implemented with fidelity by each of the supervisors, who are knowledgeable and skilled evaluators. The process includes regular (weekly or biweekly) briefings (acuerdos) for feedback and monitoring. The school uses results from supervision and evaluation to design the professional development plan, and possitively impact professional practice and learner performance.
