The school learning culture promotes creativity, innovation and collaborative problem solving. Learners’ experiences include and promote high levels of learner engagement, creativity and/or innovation, critical thinking, application of knowledge, collaborative problem solving, and self-reflection. Project based learning, and inquiry based activities are evident in most classrooms. Most faculty and staff enthusiastically embrace and consistently demonstrate a set of shared beliefs that focuses on learner engagement, on development of creativity and innovation, and on problem solving.
