The school implements a process to continuously assess its programs and organizational conditions to improve student learning. This process is the continuous improvement process adopted from AdvancED. The institution implements this evaluation process that is formal, documented, includes pertinent research in context, analyzes trend and comparison data on student learning (Análisis Académico), analyzes trend and comparison data on organizational effectiveness (Análisis de las Encuestas). The school implements an evaluation process for almost all programs and initiatives. The evaluation process results are used to inform decision making, improve and refine curriculum, programs, innovative practices, and student learning.
