We concluded that evidencing and promoting more collaborative encounters (open spaces) among teachers, improving their educational practices will help them notice the content in a transversal way in education throughot our continuous improvement approach. This from a creative team’s point of view. Another strength found in Health Culture is that the non-teacher adult personnel is perceived as kind and sympathetic towards the school’s community (teachers and parents). This is a meaningful outcome to our school’s spiritual foundation.

Something to consider, is that our teacher's schedule, aren't design to collaborate. And beyond that, the faculty feel the need to first of all, identify with their team mates, and the collaborate with them.
