The institution has a formal structure to ensure learners develop positive relationships with and have adults/peers who support their educational experiences.
Our school´s scores in this standard are:
Concept A: 3
Concept B: 4
The school implements a process for learners to have access to a particular adult who ensures learners are supported throughout their educational experiences. The process is clearly documented, is available for all learners, allows learners to select a particular adult, is comprehensively evaluated on a regular basis, and is consistently implemented (all students have a home room teacher, a dean of discipline, and an academic coordinator that can help them in their specific needs. There are also other persons available to the students like the school chaplain, the psychopedagogists, and formation instructors). Lists of students indicate that learners have access to and meet with their adult mentors frequently and regularly. Also, opportunities for learners to develop strong and respectful relationships with their peers are frequent and regular.
